Our Story
At MSB, we often times are asked “What do the letters MSB stand for?” The answer to that question takes us back to the very beginning of our company.
Mary Meroff worked in education her entire career and was a teacher for many years, and then became a principal at a small school in New Hampshire. As part of that role, Mary also was in charge of Special Education for her school. Mary’s husband Bill Meroff, worked for most of his career for two companies, Sanders and then Digital Equipment Corporation, in the technology field for more than 25 years. Bill and Mary had been looking for something to do together or start a business and really had gone through a lot of different concepts. One day Mary, at her school, had a company stop by called Granite State Billing to train her staff. They were there to train her staff on how to fill out Medicaid paper work so that they could do Medicaid billing...
